Bruised Tomato is a restaurant that rescues edible, albeit imperfect-looking, food and turns them into delicious vegan dishes while fighting food waste. Their ingredients are locally sourced and their menu largely appeals to environmentally conscious food lovers. Through its operations, the restaurant aims to highlight the global food waste issue and celebrate every vegetable just as they are.

This is a personal project, with the restaurant concept, identity, and menu designed by me.
